This class is full of learning and making for all levels of experience in ceramics and pottery. A 2 days class (each day = 6 hours throwing, 1h lunchtime, 30min cleaning) full of concentration, fun, clay-mess, centering, trial and error and forgetting everything else on the planet !

We’ll cover centering (the most gloriously frustrating, hypnotising process you’ll ever experience) while creating cylinders. We learn how to throw vessels. We will throw plates, and however you can choose what you want to create on the wheel.

This 2 days session includes the use of all wheel throwing necessities and clay. Firing costs (12 euro/kg) are not included in the price.

I will organize a “glazedate” so you can glaze your lovely pieces.

This class is ideal for folks with zero experience, though to those who've had a few lessons, but need a refresher to improve their technique.

Class sessions run two consecutive days. Same day, same time. We will start at 9h30. We will have lunch at 12. Class ends at 16h30.

I provide coffee, teas and biscuits. Lunch is not included.

The maximum class is four so there will be plenty of opportunity for 1:1 tuition enabling participants to focus on individual goals and concentrate on particular skills that they want to master.
